Project: Communication Platform (Core Notification Infrastructure)

Develop and maintain Justdial's centralized communication platform handling 6M+ requests/day across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, push notifications, and webhooks.
Designed Kafka-driven asynchronous processing pipeline with Go-based ingestion, MongoDB persistence, validation consumers, channel-specific consumers, provider dispatch, and webhook-driven delivery/read/click status updates.
Integrated WhatsApp BSPs including Haptik, Jio, Netcore, Tubelight, and AiSensy; implemented OTP authentication and template management with configurable daily send limits; developed template change history with diff-based tracking.
Built real-time communication analytics using Apache Doris and automated nightly reporting through scheduled cron jobs.

Project: AI Business Onboarding Bot (built from scratch)

Developed an end-to-end conversational AI bot (Node.js, MongoDB, LangChain, LangGraph) automating business onboarding for Justdial subscribers — cutting manual effort by ~90%, with 70% resolved via chatbot, 20% via voice bot, and 10% via human agents.
Integrated AI agents with business master APIs, enabling context-aware responses using real-time business data.
Implemented interactive WhatsApp flows using Meta Forms with buttons, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dynamic forms for data collection.
Built Kafka-driven follow-ups with MongoDB TTL watchers to automatically re-engage non-responsive users before routing drop-offs.

Project: WhatsApp Bot Platform

Developed and maintained Justdial's centralized WhatsApp bot platform, routing messages to the appropriate bot and LLM.
Implemented WhatsApp provider validation and message verification for reliable bot communication and routing.
Built Kafka-based asynchronous processing for routing and delivering LLM and static bot responses to users.
Authored double-layer Docker images and collaborated on Kubernetes-based multi-pod deployments across all projects.
